How long does shipping usually take?
We want you in our clothes as soon as possible! All orders ship within 2-5 business days. Shipping depends on stock, geographic location and demand of items requested. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Transit days are Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. USPS may deliver on Saturdays. International orders are not available at this time.

Any restrictions for shipping?
Please be aware at this time we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes. If an order has a PO Box as a Shipping address, we will have to cancel your order.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. 

How do I resolve issues with shipping?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If someone has special shipping circumstances, please contact USPS. We do most of our shipping through USPS except for international packages which are handled exclusively through UPS. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLAIM.

How do I best care for my new apparel?
We want your new Sports Muffin apparel to last for many years to come. The best way to care for our apparel is to machine wash with similar colors, and tumble dry at a low temperature. Hang dry would be optimal.

Do you offer custom color ways as an option?
Custom colors are not available at this time.
 
Are the colors online the only colors offered?
Yes. What you see on our website is what we currently have available.
